Refunds:

• All returns must shipped to us within 5 business days of receipt.
• All returns must be unused, and must have the original tags attached, in order to receive a refund.
• A refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) will be issued, provided all conditions are met.

Store Credits

• All returns must shipped to us within 10 business days of receipt.
• All returns must be unused, and must have the original tags attached, in order to receive a store credit.
• A store credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) will be issued, provided all conditions are met.

Return Policy for Carriers

• All pet carriers may be returned within 3 days for exchange or store credit only.
